The Service

Overhaul Prep provides practice questions and study tools for automotive (ASE) and emergency-vehicle (EVT) certification exams. It is a study aid — we do not administer the exams and do not guarantee any result.

Accounts

You're responsible for your login and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and don't share your account.

Subscriptions, trials & billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Team plans are billed per seat.
• Free trials convert to paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
• You can cancel anytime from your account (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.

• Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

Acceptable use

The questions, explanations, and app are our intellectual property. "ASE" and "EVT" and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. Overhaul Prep is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or the EVT Certification Commission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that content is error-free or current; verify any critical specification against the current standard. Passing any exam is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law
